General Terms of Use

These General Terms of Use govern access to and use of the WEPIRO app, an online public communication service dedicated to the world of motorsport.

Using the app implies full acceptance of these terms.

Users undertake to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering. They are solely responsible for their account and for keeping their login details confidential. WEPIRO reserves the right to refuse or suspend any registration in the event of non-compliance with these terms.

The platform allows users to create profiles, publish content, interact with other users and showcase sporting achievements.

WEPIRO offers rating, ranking, statistics and points systems. These elements are provided for purely informational, indicative and entertainment purposes. They do not in any way constitute an official ranking, official sporting recognition or enforceable data. The information may come from self-reported, automated or estimated data and may contain errors, omissions or approximations. WEPIRO does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or real-time updating of this data. Users expressly acknowledge that this information cannot give rise to any claim, dispute or liability action, and that no decision should be based solely on it. WEPIRO reserves the right to change the calculation rules, attribution methods, algorithms and display methods at any time, without notice. No compensation may be claimed in the event of any change, error, deletion or evolution of these systems.

Users remain the owners of the content they publish. By publishing content, they grant WEPIRO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, distribute and promote it.

Users warrant that they hold all the rights required for the content they publish, in particular image rights, and authorise its use by WEPIRO for the operation and promotion of the service.

Users undertake to comply with the laws in force and not to publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringes privacy, constitutes harassment or glorifies dangerous behaviour.

WEPIRO provides a content reporting system. Any manifestly unlawful content may be removed without notice. Accounts may be suspended or deleted.

WEPIRO acts as a hosting provider. It cannot be held liable for content published by users or for decisions made on the basis of information available on the platform.

Account deletion

Users can delete their account at any time directly from the app, under “Settings” in their profile. Deletion is permanent and erases the data associated with the account, subject to the retention periods required by law.

Users can also request deletion by email at contact@wepiro.com. The request will be processed within a maximum of 30 days.

Personal data and cookies

The processing of personal data, and the use of cookies and trackers on the website wepiro.com, are described in the privacy policy.

The elements of the platform are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

WEPIRO reserves the right to modify the features of the service at any time.

These terms are governed by French law. However, users residing in another Member State of the European Union benefit from the mandatory provisions of their national law.

This English version is provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
